Fortunate to be retired, fortunate to be still pretty fit ("for your age, Mum"), fortunate to have juuuussst enough funds to make travelling, solo or with my family or friends, a choice I can make.
Fortunate too to live in Brisbane, the easiest city in the world to return to and settle down in a laid back life with friends and family and cats and espresso. Not to mention mangoes in season.
